Sometimes you need to look after yourself as priority. We recommend some things here to make things easier for yourself. Make sure you remember to do the basic things such as; hang out with friends, eat well and get enough sleep. Give yourself some space because you don’t have to be with others all the time. If you feel like being alone and crying for an hour by all means do this. Keep busy. Take time out for you. Talk to friends and family and others who can support you. Try not to use alcohol and other drugs to deal with the pain. Give it time. Try to get regular sleep and exercise. Talk to someone who knows how to help you!
