What to do after a breakup. You can feel hopeless and like nothing will help but here are some tips to help you to start feeling better.
1. Let yourself be sad. You are experiencing a loss and it is normal to feel sad about this. Allow yourself to feel what you are feeling.
2. Say yes when people invite you to things. You will want to mope and wallow in your sadness and stay in bed. You may even be neglecting your self hygiene. But try to make yourself do things you would usually do.
3. Try to remember who you were before your ex! Chances are you were happy, confident or at least independent. You can be like that person again, only better!
